The grapes originate from a limited harvest and are processed using controlled first and second fermentation, followed by aging in 2-4-year-old French oak barrels.
The bouquet of overripe garden fruit and cranberry jam complements the flavor with preserved cherries, dried plums, and structured tannins with a chocolate gingerbread finish.
