André 2021 late harvest, barrique
The grapes originate from integrated production with regulated harvesting. They are processed using controlled fermentation technology with an extended maceration on solid parts of the berries, followed by maturation in French oak barrels.
A distinctive bouquet of dark forest fruits with plum gingerbread in dark chocolate is complemented by structured oenotannins in taste with a pronounced touch of the oak barrels.
