BIO wines
For bio production, primarily newly bred varieties are used and these can be maintained in good health with significantly fewer protective sprays application due to their properties.
All work in vineyards located within the organic viticulture system is carried out in accordance with strict ecological standards and limited chemical treatments. For white wines we use the Malverina and Hibernal varieties, while for red wines we rely on Laurot. These practices ensure both quality and environmental sustainability in our vineyards.
