Crémant de Vinselekt

A remarkable series of top-quality sparkling wines, produced by using the traditional bottle fermentation method, followed by maturation on yeast lees for a minimum of three years.

The maturation process takes place in special cellars under strict oenological control. The ‘champenoise’ method is responsible for the exceptionally delicate and balanced flavor of such sparkling wine. It is characterized by a pronounced mature and toasty bouquet, full-bodied richness, and a rich structural body. The freshness of the acids is accompanied by fine and long-lasting effervescence.
